About the role

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support a major international payment modernization program within a global banking group. The candidate will work within a cross-border delivery team responsible for rolling out enhanced payment solutions to various business units across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. The position is part of a high-impact strategic program focused on expanding and upgrading transaction services in multiple countries. It involves close collaboration with initiative leads, product owners, IT stakeholders and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Organize and facilitate working sessions and alignment meetings with stakeholders across departments (elocal transaction services, central support functions, operations).

✅ Document and follow up on workshop outcomes, including agendas and action plans.

✅ Analyze business needs and translate them into clear, actionable functional requirements for delivery and operational teams.

✅ Support and coordinate activities related to gap analysis, user testing, and defect resolution in collaboration with internal IT and operations squads.

✅ Ensure that business objectives are well-understood and properly reflected in the solution design.

Profile:

✅Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst ideally in the banking or financial services sector.

✅ Proficiency in business process modelling and documentation.

✅ Solid command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

✅ Experience in defining requirements and following up on test and delivery activities.

✅ Strong analytical skills and ability to conceptualize complex workflows.

✅ Excellent command of English and French (spoken and written) + Dutch (preferred)

✅ Familiarity with international payment processing.

✅ Knowledge of agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, SAFe).
